Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia D.N. Medoev sent a congratulatory message to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh D.K. Babayan on the occasion of the founding of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh.

Since the day of its foundation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been doing a great job to uphold the state interests of Artsakh and its citizens in difficult geopolitical conditions. Diplomats are implementing the country’s foreign policy in the most difficult situations, demonstrating high patriotism and dedication, striving to achieve peace, stability and lasting security in our region.
I highly value the historically established relations of friedship and cooperation between our countries and peoples and express my hope for their further deepening.
