Chairman of the Russian National Committee for Black Sea Economic Cooperation (RNC BSEC) V. A. Arkhipov sent a letter of gratitude to the minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia D. N. Medoev.
The letter says:
RNC BSEC thanks you for the preparation and holding of the conference «South Ossetia at the Crossroads of Civilizations. Problems of Security and Sustainable Development».
I would also like to thank you for the excellent educational program of the BSEC RNC stay in Tskhinval.
Implementing the Resolution of the conference, the RNC BSEC proposes to conclude an Agreement on Cooperation between the RNC BSEC and the structures of the Republic that will participate in the implementation of the Roadmap on the following issues:
- «Creation of a network of glamping parks»
- «Personnel reserve»
If agreed, RNC BSEC will submit a draft agreement.
