On June 5-9, 2023, the Eighth meeting of the Joint South Ossetian-Russian Demarcation Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) was held in Tskhinval.
The Commission discussed the progress of the international legal registration of the state border between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation.
The meeting was held in the spirit of open dialogue, good neighborliness and mutual understanding.
On June 1 st, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev hosted a meeting with the Official Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Republic of Austria Patrick Poppel, who is in Tskhinval on a working visit.
