March 6, saw the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev hosting a meeting with Marat Kulakhmetov, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of South Ossetia.
Marat Kulakhmetov, on behalf of the Embassy staff and on hisown behalf, congratulated Akhsar Dzhioev on his birthday, and also conveyed a congratulatory message from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, which, in particular, notes:
"Warmly recalling our meeting in Moscow on November 1 lastyear, I am pleased to note the high level of inter-ministerialcooperation, which makes it possible to successfully resolveissues on the Russian-South Ossetian agenda.
