The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Republic of Abkhazia extended a congratulatory letter to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia on the occasion of the Constitution Day.
The letter, in particular, reads:
“The South Ossetian Constitution stipulated the main aspects and priorities of the state’s life. We are convinced that the Basic Law will further serve as a solid ground for solution of vital state tasks and contribute to the state’s prosperity.
The relations between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Republic of South Ossetia are based on strong friendly ties, mutual understanding and support. We believe that their active development meets the interests of our fraternal Republics.”
