Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia A.M. Dzhioev congratulated Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of South Ossetia Alan Elbakiev on the occasion of his jubilee.
The congratulatory letter, in particular, states:
“As head of the Abkhaz diplomatic mission in the Republic of South Ossetia, you make a significant contribution to the development and strengthening of cooperation between the two states. Outstanding qualities of a diplomat and a leader as well as creative energy are expressed through your certain activities, aimed at implementation of economic, social and cultural projects, contributing to increase of level of the bilateral interaction”.
