On February 23, the South Ossetian Foreign Minister Akhsar Dzhioev and employees of the Foreign Ministry participated in the solemn ceremony of laying flowers and wreaths at the Monument to the Defenders of the Fatherland and at the chapel of the Memorial Cemetery in the courtyard of secondary school No. 5. The ceremony was timed to the Day of the Defender of the Fatherland and the anniversary of the creation of the South Ossetian Ministry of Defense.
